A schedule is a mechanism for building a queue of planned trips, which helps to avoid conflicts between trips. In other words, 1 schedule = 1 driver.

We offer 4 days of free use (trial), and then it costs $300 per month for one schedule. If you have more than one schedule, there is a discount of $50.

Running the bot without an account is impossible. The bot needs an account to monitor new offers, and if accepting them, it needs to accept them on a specific account. If you are concerned about data privacy, you can connect a secondary account with limited access.

We have a feature called Booked Slots that allows you to book the time you need – the bot will not accept offers for the booked time. This way, you can block time for personal clients, family events, or other activities.

Yes, of course. No one can detect that a bot is connected to the account – its operation is undetectable. Ultimately, offers will be accepted on the connected account (parameter Accepted by), so this factor needs to be considered.

We are not interested in creating competition between our clients. On average, we connect 2-3 clients in one region depending on the region's volume. There is also the possibility of monopoly in a region (only you will be the client in the region, and we will not connect anyone else) – this issue is discussed separately.

The rating affects the number of offers the account sees and delay for. The number of offers is directly related to the bot's efficiency since the bot can only accept the offers it sees. Ideally, the company rating should be 5 stars.

To increase trip prices, you need to connect a fixed rate in BL. More detailed information can be provided in a personal conversation.

Yes, support is provided continuously and you are always in contact with the developer who can make changes to the filters or answer any questions.

Yes, you can connect an unlimited number of bots, but each bot must be connected to different accounts.

Yes, you have the ability to manage the bot's status using the Activate/Deactivate button in the main menu.

No, in all the time the bot has been in operation (more than 1.5 years), there has not been a single warning from BL.

Yes, the system fully mimics human behavior, making it extremely difficult to detect the bot. We continuously work on improving security and optimizing the system.

The bot has access to the following sections: New rides, Planned rides, and Finished rides. In other words, only those sections that contain information about offers.

Each client is provided with their own bot, and only the client will have access to the bot management sections. However, if you need to grant access to multiple users, this is also possible with different access rights.

No, it is impossible to track the presence of a bot in the account.

Since this is a fully custom software, almost any filter logic can be implemented. Examples of filters can be found in the "Filters" section on the main page of this website.

Yes, the bot can be launched in demo mode, where it will check filters for each new offer but will not click the "Accept offer" button. This way, you can avoid accepting incorrect offers in case the filters are not set up correctly.

Filters that you can edit yourself include: min price, time gap before ride starts, working hours, classes, booked slots. All other filters are edited in the code by the developer – you need to specify what needs to be changed, and we will promptly adjust it.

We can create lists of locations and set conditions for these sets. Each set contains a list of keywords or zip codes. The bot will search for keywords from the location lists throughout the location (exact keyword match). Blacklists for pickup and dropoff locations can also be created.

Yes, the bot will help quickly accept the best offers that your account sees. This way, you will be able to get a large number of offers, gain a rating, and apply for a fixed rate.

We have detailed guides on using the bot, filters, and other features. Access to the guides is only available to actual clients.
